a. Timeframe: You may request a return within 7 days days from the date of delivery. Beyond this period, we cannot process returns.

b. Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.

c. Non-Returnable Items: Certain products are non-returnable and non-refundable, such as gift cards, downloadable items, and items marked as "Final Sale." Please carefully review the product description before making your purchase.


2. Return Process


a. Requesting a Return: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

   i. Log in to your ForVill Fashion account.

  ii. Go to your order history and select the item you wish to return.

 iii. Complete the return request form, providing details about the reason for the return.

  iv. Our customer support team will review your request and respond with instructions for the return process.

b. Return Authorization: Before sending the item back, you must receive a Return Authorization (RA) number from our customer support team. Please do not return items without an RA number, as they may not be accepted.

c. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product, except in cases where the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

d. Packaging: Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging whenever possible.

e. Tracking: We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service when returning the item to us. ForVill Fashion is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

f. Product Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for a return. If the item is not in its original condition or does not meet the requirements, we may refuse the return or apply a partial refund.


3. Refund or Exchange Options


a. Refund: If the returned product meets the return eligibility criteria, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

b. Store Credit: Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit for the returned item. Store credit can be used for future purchases on the ForVill Fashion Application and does not have an expiration date.

c. Exchange: If you wish to exchange the product for a different size, color, or item, please follow the return process mentioned above and indicate your preference for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


4. Cancellation Policy


a. Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer support team immediately. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process for a refund or exchange.
