b. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred for returning the product unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

c. Product Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for a refund. If the item is not in its original condition or does not meet the requirements, we may refuse the refund or apply a partial refund.

b. Store Credit: Alternatively, you may opt for store credit, which can be used for future purchases on the ForVill Fashion Application. Store credit does not have an expiration date.

a. If you wish to exchange the product for a different size, color, or item, please follow the return process mentioned above and indicate your preference for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will process a refund as per our refund policy.

 

5. Cancellation Policy

 

a. Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer support team immediately. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process for a refund.
